Hi im 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow with a baby daughter. i havent felt her move much and im gettin worried, i idea i felt some flutterings the other twenty-four hour period but now nothing, information technology could of been annihilation so not sure if information technology was any move, this is my 2nd pregnancy and i idea that you feel these movements earlier, as well my son was ever on the motility and felt definate kicks by calendar week 18. i had a browse last calendar week and she was very still and hardly moving only her heartbeat was strong, she did a few movements simply nothing large, i take no crash-land either and i was very large at this stage with my son, i have all the horrible symptoms spots, sickness still, headaches etc but i dont expect pregnant all the same, im biggish lady but not that big that you couldnt tell i was significant if that makes sense, my midwife did say shes very low down at the back so perhaps this is why dont have a visible crash-land my son was quite low however but he was very much to the front, whatsoever one else not feeling movements at eighteen weeks with second babe??xxx

Hi Jessica
I didn't feel as much movement with my second pregnancy and not every bit early every bit I did with my outset, which was totally the opposite to what I assumed!
Information technology turned out that my placenta was in a dissimilar identify or something so it was making it harder for me to experience movement.
Please contact your midwife if you have whatever concerns, I'grand sure she'll be very happy to put your mind at rest.
Have care,
Nic

I am 16+6 weeks and accept felt regular movements for at least a week, but today I haven't felt a affair. I spoke to a midwife as I was worried, she said it is even so very early to feel a regular pattern of movement and if they are no other symptoms such equally bleeding or hurting around where infant is it can exist normal. She said it depends on position of baby and that they tin go tranquility this early on.

I'm xviii weeks and havnt felt much, I've read that if your placenta has implanted on the front wall of your uterus then yous will experience the baby kicking every bit much until later on in the pregnancy, you deceit feel the kicking through it x

I'thousand 27 weeks with 2d babe and didn't feel this ane until much later than my first! First was virtually 16-17 weeks and this piddling 1 was xix-20 weeks and aught regular until about 24. Now I'm existence kicked harder than I ever was terminal fourth dimension, seem to have a right picayune fidgeter in at that place

Also, like some of the other ladies said, really does depend on the placenta too! Mine's at the forepart this fourth dimension and has made loads of deviation!

I didn't actually feel annihilation till abt 22/23 weeks in both 1st and 2nd pregnancy.
My SIL felt nothing till 32 weeks cos her placenta was at the front end.
